Aboudia, born in 1983 in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, is an artist recognized for capturing the violence of the Ivorian civil war and post-election riots. His works quickly found acclaim at galleries like Jack Bell in London and Cécile Fakhoury in Abidjan. His last public sale record was achieved in March 2021 with a 2013 piece fetching 189,000 euros at Christie's in London.
